HOW TO LIST YOUR HOME WITH EASYMATHREALESTATE.COM

1.) Fill out the form at the bottom of this page

2.) Tell me when you’ll be ready to sell

3.) I’ll contact you via email (usually within 24 hours) to set up a time where all decision makers / owners will be present.

4.) Make sure you are prepared to go forward with the listing (read the entire website).
The reason I can offer such a bargain is because it is an extremely efficient process.
I will come to your home only one time to sign all initial paperwork, take pictures, install a sign & lockbox.
All further communication will be done via email or fax.
If there are documents to be signed I will scan them and email them to you.
You may scan & email documents to me or you may fax them.
If you fax them, send me an email to alert me of an expected fax.

5.) Have a valid check for $250.00 (as explained elsewhere) made payable to Steve Pinter Realty.

6.) I will do no more than 4 flat-fee listings per month because I do not want to over-extend myself nor do I want to be so busy that I can’t provide you a valuable service.
If you are number 5, you will have to wait until next month, so do not delay if you are ready to sell.

7.) EASYMATHREALESTATE.COM is not for everybody.
I assure you that I am very professional and that I will provide excellent service all the way to closing.
If you are not willing/able to communicate effectively via email, this is not for you.
I am accessible via phone, but it is much faster/easier/cheaper/efficient to communicate via email.
